During the construction phase OlympiaTech Electric works with other trades in the field.  The project manager coordinates the manpower on the project, reviews shop drawings for compliance with specifications, purchases the required materials, coordinates deliveries, and tracks the overall progress of the project to keep within schedule and budget.  Fully trained, licensed and certified craftsmen are a key ingredient to the successful completion of the project.

During the closeout phase, OlympiaTech will provide pre-operational checkout and testing services, start-up assistance as required by the specifications, and a final record set of CAD disks and blueprints.  The company also uses this time of the project to investigate the customer's satisfaction level.  "Our job is not done until the customer is completely happy," says Kosmides.  "We even go to the point of interviewing our employees to determine if we, as a company, could have done anything more to make their jobs easier and the project more successful."
