• Design is underway for Norman Pointe II in Bloomington, MN.  This is a new 10-story, class "A" office tower wih a 6-story courtyard and muli-level ramp.  Duke Construction is the general contractor.  John Swenson is our project manager.
• OlympiaTech has been awarded significant portions of the Fountains at Arbor Lakes project in Maple Grove, MN.  Opus Corporation is the general contractor.  Steve Fredell and Paul Bergland are our project managers and Pat Simon is our general foreman on site.
• OlympiaTech has been awarded the Target North Campus #4 project.  The project consists of a new 260,000 sq. ft. 4-story office building with enclosed parking and an open atrium.  Ryan Companies is the general contractor.  Chris Hermann is our project manager and Chad Gasca is our general foreman on site.
• Construction is underway for the Shops at Wedgwood in Maple Grove.  The project located at Highway 494 and Bass Lake Road, consists of two retail buildings and site lighting.  Rochon Corporation is the general contractor.  Chris Hermann is our project manager and Rod Kampa is our general foreman on site.
