GSA @ Norman Pointe II
OlympiaTech is proud to have completed the GSA tenant improvement with Duke Realty at the Norman Pointe II office building. This project included the tenant improvement as well as increased infrastructure for multiple agencies within GSA. The scope of work for this project included electrical distribution, power, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm, voice/data and security. The 250,000 square foot project was completed within 3.5 months.

MN Heart of the Zoo
“The Heart of the Zoo” project at the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley, MN will involve major renovation and vertical expansion of the existing entry building as well as the renovation and addition of various exhibits. We are working with general contractor Mortenson Construction. This project is scheduled to be complete in June 2011.

Fort Sam Houston - UEPH
OlympiaTech has been awarded the contract at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. Working with Mortenson Construction this federal government project will include integrated delivery of UEPH barrack housing facility for 96 personnel including power, voice/data and security.

United States Coast Guard Facility
We are proud to be a part of the United States Coast Guard new station facility and UPH delivery team. This project includes design and construction of a new station building and personnel housing in Sabine Pass, TX. We will be providing integration of the existing campus buildings as well as pier support for the Coast Guard water craft to the new station building. This project is scheduled for late summer of 2012 completion. We are pleased to be working with Mortenson Construction on this federal project.

Lehman’s Auto Body Facility
We are proud to have been selected for the design/build team with Engelsma Construction for the new Lehman’s Garage in Minneapolis. This new 15,500 square foot facility will provide both auto body and minor repair services.

Pace Analytical
In a continuing partnership with Pace Analytical we have started electrical construction for a new executive office facility as well as a repair and training lab. Phase II of the project will include the remodel of their existing facility into additional lab space.

Promed
Working with PCL Construction and Promed we will be providing the electrical construction for the remodel of their existing facility to support this rapidly growing company. This project will consist of office space, lunch facility, meeting rooms and warehouse support.

Edina Realty
We are pleased to be working with Edina Realty to provide them with critical power solutions at their existing Edina Realty building. This project will include a generator, UPS and data center integration.
