Polaris Industries, Inc. - Research & Development Facility
Located in Wyoming, MN this 126,000 square foot expansion is located at their product development center. The project consistes of new offices, lab areas, work bays and site modifications. We are proud to be partnered with general contractor Ryan Companies US, Inc.and to be selected as the design-build electrical contractor. Project completion is scheduled for the summer of 2013.

Church & Dwight Corporate Headquarters
Located in Ewing, NJ this 259,000 square foot corporate headqurters of the makers of Arm & Hammer products will accomodate 1,000 employees. This design-build electrical project consists of a 3-story building link, 2-story open lobby, full service cafeteria, training center and state of the art conference center. This project is schedueled for completion in December 2012.

FICO - Corporate Headquarters
OlympiaTech provided design-build electrical wiring and installation for the move of FICO's corporate offices located in Minneapolis and Arden Hills to Roseville, MN. This project consisted of multiple buildings and floors for the build-out of their corporate offices. The 145,000 square foot demolition and remodel was executed within a four month period working closely with the owner, general contractor Greiner Construction and landlord. We are pleased to continue our relationship with FICO providing electrical maintenance.

U of M Department of Neurology
Complete design/assist electrical services for the remodel of the Department of Neurology in the Phillips-Wagensteen building. Our scope of work includes the complete renovation of the space including electrical, fire alarm and security. We are working with JE Dunn Construction.

United States Coast Guard Facility
We are proud to be a part of the United States Coast Guard new station facility and UPH delivery team. This project includes design and construction of a new station building and personnel housing in Sabine Pass, TX. We will be providing integration of the existing campus buildings as well as pier support for the Coast Guard water craft to the new station building. This project is scheduled for late summer of 2012 completion. We are pleased to be working with Mortenson Construction on this federal project.

Lehman’s Auto Body Facility
We are proud to have been selected for the design/build team with Engelsma Construction for the new Lehman’s Garage in Minneapolis. This new 15,500 square foot facility will provide both auto body and minor repair services.

Pace Analytical
In a continuing partnership with Pace Analytical we have started electrical construction for a new executive office facility as well as a repair and training lab. Phase II of the project will include the remodel of their existing facility into additional lab space.

MN Heart of the Zoo
“The Heart of the Zoo” project at the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley, MN will involve major renovation and vertical expansion of the existing entry building as well as the renovation and addition of various exhibits. We are working with general contractor Mortenson Construction. This project is scheduled to be complete in June 2011.

Fort Sam Houston - UEPH
OlympiaTech has been awarded the contract at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. Working with Mortenson Construction this federal government project will include integrated delivery of UEPH barrack housing facility for 96 personnel including power, voice/data and security.
